I KEEP RECEIVING MESSAGES THAT I RAN OUT OF STORAGE FOR MY SHAREPOING ACCOUNT AND NOW MY FILES ARE DISAPPEARING.

    To help me determine whether the issue is related to your OneDrive storage quota or a SharePoint site storage limit, could you please provide:

    • The exact error message you're receiving
    • Where you're seeing the message (for example: OneDrive sync client, SharePoint site, Outlook email notification, Teams, etc.).
    • Whether the files are missing from the web interface, your local File Explorer, or both.

    If the warning is related to OneDrive, it means your personal storage quota may have been exceeded. So please double check your OneDrive storage.

    If the warning is related to a SharePoint site, it means the specific site may have reached its allocated storage limit. Site owners can review site storage by navigating to: Site Settings > Site Information > View all site settings > Storage Metrics.
