    Hello Treyvon Hull

I’m sorry you’re dealing with compromised accounts and are now unable to receive the password-reset messages needed to recover them.

To narrow this down, could you please confirm:

    • Are other messages arriving normally in your Outlook.com mailbox?
    • Is this happening with every game company or only particular companies?
    • Do the game companies confirm that the reset message was sent, and do they receive a delivery-failure or bounce-back message?

In the meantime, please check the following directly at Outlook.comvia your web browser:

    1. Search All folders for the game company’s name, email domain, “password,” and “reset.”
    2. Check Junk Email, Other, Deleted Items, and Archive.
    3. In Deleted Items, select Recover items deleted from this folder to check whether a message was removed automatically.
    4. Open Settings > Mail > Rules and verify that no unfamiliar rule is deleting or moving these messages.
    5. Open Settings > Mail > Forwarding and confirm that no unexpected forwarding address is enabled.
    6. Open Settings > Mail > Junk email. Remove the relevant address or domain from Blocked senders and domains if any, and add the exact reset-message address or domain to Safe senders and domains.
