Looking at your System Information, I noticed that your BIOS version is outdated. In similar cases I have handled with ASUS laptops, an outdated BIOS combined with outdated chipset drivers can cause communication issues between the system and the Touchpad hardware, making it completely invisible to Windows.
Therefore, I suggest doing the following:
1 = Go to the Asus website using the link below, download the latest Chipset driver, and install it.
Driver name: AMD Chipset Driver
Version: V1.2.0.126
(Run the downloaded EXE file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.)
2 = I suggest you update the laptop BIOS by following Asus's instructions.
After doing this, check if the Touchpad starts working again.
