How to fix MS power point on my window pc

my ms power point is going under repair again and again I could not find the issue

Based on your description, if Microsoft PowerPoint keeps showing "Repairing..." every time you open it, the issue is usually caused by a damaged Office installation, add-ins, user profile corruption, or Office update problems.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Check if PowerPoint works in Safe Mode

1. Press Windows + R
2. Type:

      powerpnt /safe
   

3. Press Enter

If PowerPoint opens normally in Safe Mode, an add-in is likely causing the issue.

To disable add-ins:

1. Open PowerPoint
2. Go to File > Options > Add-ins
3. At the bottom, select COM Add-ins and click Go
4. Uncheck all add-ins
5. Restart PowerPoint normally

Try online repair

A Quick Repair sometimes does not fully fix corruption.

1. Close all Office apps
2. Open Control Panel
3. Go to Programs and Features
4. Select Microsoft 365 or Office
5. Click Change
6. Choose Online Repair
7. Complete the repair and restart Windows

Reset the PowerPoint User Profile

1. Close PowerPoint
2. Press Windows + R
3. Type:

      regedit
   

4. Navigate to:

      HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office
   

5. Rename the folder matching your Office version: 16.0 = Microsoft 365 / Office 2019 / Office 2021

Example: 16.0 -> 16.0_old

Reopen PowerPoint > This resets PowerPoint settings without affecting your presentation files.

Check for Corrupted Templates

1. Close PowerPoint
2. Browse to:

      %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates
   

3. Rename:

      Blank.potx
   

   (if present)
4. Restart PowerPoint
