My Azure Artifact Signing Individual Public identity validation is stuck in an “Action Required” loop.

Process completed:

  1. My Azure billing legal name, address, and email were verified and corrected.
  2. AU10TIX successfully accepted my government-issued ID and selfie.
  3. The Government Issued ID credential was successfully added to Microsoft Authenticator.
  4. I scanned the final “Present your Verified ID” QR code using Authenticator.
  5. I approved sharing the credential.
  6. The desktop browser displayed “Processing,” but then returned to the QR-code page.
  7. The Azure identity-validation status returned to “Action Required.”

I already followed Microsoft’s documented clean-reset procedure:

  • Deleted the original identity-validation request.
  • Removed the associated AU10TIX Verified ID from Authenticator.
  • Created a new Individual Public validation request.
  • Repeated AU10TIX ID/selfie verification.
  • Added the newly issued credential to Authenticator.
  • Presented the credential again through the new QR code.

The same callback failure occurred after the complete reset.

Please have the Artifact Signing team investigate or reset the Verified ID presentation callback. Repeating the clean-reset procedure has already failed twice.

I can provide the tenant ID, subscription ID, Artifact Signing account name, validation request ID, timestamps, and screenshots through a private Microsoft channel if required.
