Locked out of my computer. The email it’s trying to send verification code to is a very old email that I have not had in year

If I can't get into my computer because the email is not a working email how can I change me settings. I was on my computer and it kept asking for me to get a verification code and the email is one that I have not used in 20 years. I can't change me settings if I can't get into my computer
