    Hello,

    This community forum is public.

If you haven't tried it yet, please sign in to Services & subscriptions using the account that owns Microsoft 365. Find the subscription and select Manage.

    • If it shows Past due, select Pay now, add the new card, and complete the payment.
    • Otherwise, select Change how you pay > Add a new way to pay.

If you cannot sign in because the Microsoft account itself is locked, use Microsoft’s Sign-in HelperHelper first.

When you say “locked,” can you still sign in? What exact error message appears?
