Cannot access account and cannot speak to a representative

Question

I'm trying to cancel an account that I am paying for but don't have access to. It is impossible to get ahold of a person OR an AI agent from Microsoft. I even created a new account so I could talk to someone from Microsoft, but it is impossible. Please remedy this so I don't keep getting charged $123 every year for something that I cannot use. THIS IS A SCAM!

Please be advised that unless the account owner is able to access the account, subscription cancellation is not possible, and Microsoft personnel cannot retrieve this information.

If you are no longer able to recover your account, you will need to reach out directly to your bank and request to block all charges from Microsoft, cancelling the subscription on its renewal in the process.

You may also need to request a new payment method.
