I need help in reshceduling two exams that I booked with Pearson Vue

Question

These are the two exams:

• GH-600 - Developing in Agentic AI Systems (beta) - English
• AI-103 - Developing AI Apps and Agents on Azure - English

I need help rescheduling them.

To reschedule Pearson VUE exams:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
4. Find each exam appointment.
5. Select Reschedule next to the exam.
6. Complete the new booking on the Pearson VUE site after the redirect.

Important limits and timing:

• Exam appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, or the fee will be forfeited.
• A maximum of two Microsoft Certification exams can be scheduled at a time through Pearson VUE.
• Exams can be scheduled no more than 90 days in advance.

If the reschedule option is not available or there is a Pearson VUE issue, contact Pearson VUE customer service.
