I have been trying to recover my Microsoft account mostly so I can access my onedrive files/photos. I had all of my personal photos uploaded to onedrive and now I can't access them. I had to create a new account because my last one got shut down for "suspicious activity". Please help I have lost so many photos of my kids that I will never get again unless I can access this account. I have tried several attempts to recover my account with no luck. Can I please get help to access these?

I’m sorry to hear that you are facing this situation, Could you please share the exact error message displayed when you try to sign in? Please make sure to hide any personal information in the screenshot.

If the message says that the account has been locked, the first step is to submit Microsoft’s Account Reinstatement form:

    https://www.microsoft.com/digitalsafety/account-reinstatement

However, if the message says that the account has been suspended, you will need to submit an appeal through the following page:

    https://www.microsoft.com/digitalsafety/appeal

Unfortunately, regular support representatives cannot manually access the account, bypass its security protections, transfer the OneDrive files, or restore the account themselves. The account must be recovered or reinstated through the appropriate Microsoft review process.
