    Hi,

Based on the error message, this usually indicates that the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant has been placed into an inactive state due to Microsoft’s tenant lifecycle policy. As a result, users in the tenant won’t be able to sign in until the tenant is reactivated.

To better understand what happened, could you let me know:

    • Is this a Microsoft 365 tenant or an Azure-only tenant?
    • Was there a free trial or subscription associated with the tenant that has recently expired?
    • Approximately how long has the tenant been inactive?

If the tenant has already been blocked due to inactivity, this cannot be resolved through the Microsoft Community. The tenant owner or Global Administrator will need to contact Microsoft Support to determine whether the tenant can be reactivated.

I look forward to your update.
