Publisher uninstalled after upgrade

Publisher was removed by 365 updates and I need to convert old *.pub files. How can I reinstall publisher to convert files?

    I just checked on my PCs. Microsoft 365 apps are up to date and Publisher is there. Publisher end of support is in October. IMHO update should not remove Publisher, yet.
