Can't print a completed template

I'm trying to print the Christmas gift tags template in Word. The design disappears when I try to print it. Only the words are visible and only the words actually print. No design shows in the print preview. I have 365 for personal use.

This usually happens when Word is not set to print background designs or drawing objects.

In Word, go to File > Options > Display. Under Printing options, check:

• Print background colors and images
• Print drawings created in Word

Click OK, then check the print preview again.

If issue still persists, to narrow this down:

1. Are you using the Word desktop app or Word for the web?
2. Does the design appear if you choose Microsoft Print to PDF?
3. Did the template come from Word’s built-in templates or another website?
