Are you seeing the following error when creating the Recovery drive?
If so, please open Command Prompt (admin) and run the following commands:
reagentc /info
dir C:\windows\system32\recovery /a
Post the output here.
Can't I make sys repair disk on windows 11 64 bit when it says files not found and I've already used SFC and DISM?

I used SFC/ SCANNOW and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and they reported no problems. When I try to make a sys repair or sys image disk I get "files not found" and "insert install disk" (paraphrasing). I have a Dell 7060 SFF and It came with Windows 10 premounted and when I got it, I was instructed how to upgrade to Windows 11 - so, no install disk. What to do?

2026-08-09T19:05:08.1333333+00:00 There is no WinRE.wim file in C:\Windows|System32\Recovery. I tried copying in the 25H2 WinRE.wim from GitHub, but couldn't get it to enable and kept getting this - "Get-WindowsImage : The data area passed to a system call is too small. CategoryInfo:NotSpecified:(:)[Get-WindowsImage],COMException".
