Bring Back Outlook’s Weekly Overview Home Screen

In classic Outlook, I could start from a dashboard that provided a clear overview of the week’s meetings alongside my task list. That layout made it easy to understand my schedule and priorities at a glance.

The My Day pane in the current Outlook experience is not an effective replacement. It does not remain readily accessible, takes up a significant portion of the inbox, and displays only a limited number of upcoming meetings without scrolling. Please consider restoring a configurable home screen that combines a full weekly calendar view with tasks, or adding equivalent functionality to the current experience.

    Dear @Elena Cruz,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and describe the workflow you're looking for.

I was able to reproduce the behavior on my end. The weekly "Home Screen" or dashboard view that was available in Classic Outlook, which provides a combined overview of calendar events, tasks, and other information in a single view, is currently not available in New Outlook for Windows.

In New Outlook, the closest alternative is the My Day pane, which provides access to upcoming calendar events and tasks. However, it does not offer the same full weekly calendar overview and task dashboard experience that was available in Classic Outlook.

As a workaround, you may consider continuing to use Classic Outlook if this dashboard view is an important part of your daily workflow.

I recognize that this limitation can be inconvenient, and I truly appreciate your feedback. In this case, I sincerely recommend you go to Feedback community to vote this similar feedback: (find out similar feedback, if not provide the feedback forum link Ideas · Community).
