I am trying to access an outstanding invoice so I can initiate the payment - invoice G[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]

I was trying to access the invoice so I could see what it related to - however, when I used the link provided in the email regarding the overdue invoice, the link took me to my GoDaddy account - I suspect the invoice relates to having the Microsoft 365 license to support my email address set up supporting my GoDaddy account/email/website.

I already have a Family office license - so was not sure why I had the subscription this invoice related to - unless I need this type of license to support the business activities and the Family license could not - I have not been able to answer this question - so not sure why I have to have two licenses.

I still cannot see the invoice.

Now I have received an email saying it has been cancelled.

I do not know how to go forward or if I need to go forward, any assistance would be appreciated.

I recommend contacting GoDaddy Support directly and providing them with:

The overdue invoice email you received

The cancellation email

The domain/account associated with the subscription
