how to find a Microsoft Office subscription when I don't know the email address it is attached to

I have been subscribing to MS Office for years - but changed my email address a few years back. I want to cancel this subscription, but now I cannot cancel because I no longer have access to the email. I have just had to pay another year's subscription because I can't find out how to cancel the account.

Did you purchase the subscription on your Mac through the Apple App Store?

If yes, your subscription is managed by Apple. I recommend contacting Apple Support to see if they can help you cancel the subscription associated with your Apple ID.

If they are unable to cancel it because you no longer have access to your Microsoft account, your last resort is to contact your bank or card issuer to stop future recurring charges.
