Artifact Signing identity validation stuck on "Action Required" - verification link already used

Question

My organization identity validation for Azure Artifact Signing is stuck.

Setup: Artifact Signing account "whitehandsigning", Basic SKU, Public Trust,

Organization identity type, country: Australia.

I completed the AU10TIX individual identity verification. It reported

"validated" but then showed a timeout screen. The validation status in the

Azure portal now shows "Action Required" with a "complete your validation

here" link, but that link (and the one in the original email) returns

"link already used". I cannot generate a new link from my side, and I

cannot raise a technical support ticket on my support plan.

Could a new verification link be issued, or the validation advanced?

This resolved itself, the validation moved to In Progress after roughly 45 minutes, appears the AU10TIX result synced late.
