Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Good day,
Thank you for reaching out regarding your Azure subscription.
I understand that you are requesting a review of the outstanding Azure charges and would like your subscription reactivated because you have been using Azure for learning and personal practice purposes only.
Please note that billing adjustments and subscription reactivation can only be reviewed by the Azure Billing Support team. Community users do not have access to modify charges or restore subscriptions.
To create an Azure Billing Support request:
Go to https://azure.microsoft.com/support/create-ticket/
Select Issue type: Billing.
Choose the appropriate problem type, such as:
- Subscription
- Invoice
- Payment
- Assistance with a bill
Submit your request and explain that the subscription was being used for learning purposes and that you would like the billing team to review the charges and advise on reactivation options.
If you can still access the Azure portal:
- Sign in to the Azure Portal.
- Click the Help (?) icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select Help + Support.
- Click Create a support request.
- Choose Billing as the issue type.
Billing support is available to Azure customers without requiring a paid support plan.
For guidance on creating a support request, see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/supportability/how-to-create-azure-support-request
