Hi, Pedro Barata
This appears to be a payment-posting mismatch: the bank processed the €10 charge, but it was not applied correctly to the Microsoft 365 subscription. Community forum members cannot access billing records or manually restore subscriptions.
Here are some suggestions you can try:
Do not select Pay now while the €10 debit is still posted, as this could create another payment attempt.
Check Services & subscriptions and Billing & Orders using the exact Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
Contact Microsoft Support, enter Microsoft 365 payment taken but subscription past due, select Get Help, then choose Contact Support and request chat or a callback. Billing Support can trace the payment and correct the account.
Provide the bank entry showing “Microsoft Dublin,” the renewal email, failed order details, and screenshots. Mask the full card number and other private information.
Ask the agent to apply the payment, remove the past-due balance, reactivate Microsoft 365, and refresh the Outlook storage entitlement. After the subscription shows active, close and reopen the Microsoft 365 apps, then sign in again if the expired warning remains.
