Certifications details not visible

Question

I had registered for Github copilot exam few months back but was not able to complete it.

I should be able to see the certification details at least right to get the score board but it's not visible under certification tab.

Please help.

If the exam was registered but not completed, a certification or certificate would not appear. The Learn profile shows earned credentials after the required exam(s) are passed, and if a certification requires multiple exams, the certificate appears only after the final required exam is passed.

For the score report:

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
2. Open the profile menu, then go to Credentials > Certifications.
3. Scroll to Past exams.
4. If the exam attempt is listed, select View details on provider site.
5. On the exam provider dashboard, find the exam and select View to open the score report.

If nothing appears under Past exams or Certifications:

1. Confirm the correct Learn profile is being used. Exam records can be tied to a different sign-in account.
2. Try any other Microsoft account or work/school account that may have been used during registration.
3. Review the exam details page to confirm whether the credential was actually earned.
4. If the record is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
