Hi Andreia Moura,
I understand how concerning it must be to see recurring charges for a subscription that you cannot locate or cancel through your Microsoft account.
Since no active subscription appears under Services & subscriptions, someone from Microsoft Support will need to review the billing information and help identify which account or subscription is associated with the charges. They can also assist with cancellation and review whether the previous charges are eligible for a refund. Please note that refund eligibility is determined during the cancellation or support review process, and not every cancellation results in a refund.
Please contact Microsoft Support and follow these steps:
- Select Get home support.
- Enter a description such as “Recurring Microsoft charge but no subscription appears in my account.”
- Select Get Help.
- Scroll down and select Contact Support.
- Choose the relevant billing or subscription category, then select an available contact option such as live chat.
Please also note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors do not have access to accounts, payments or billing systems, so I cannot identify, cancel or refund the subscription directly from here.
I hope the billing team can help you identify the subscription and get the charges resolved as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your understanding.
