Please EXCEL Errror, tried all don't know why this is stucked on my Shit

If you noticed it's not the Dropdown it's self, how do i fix it

If the arrow is visible but the list itself is not opening, check the cell setup first:

1. Select the affected cell.
2. Go to Data > Data Validation.
3. Confirm:
   • Allow is set to List
   • In-cell dropdown is checked
   • Source points to a valid range and that range is not empty

Then check these common causes:

   • If it uses a cell range, make sure those cells still exist and contain values.
   • If it uses a named range, go to Formulas > Name Manager and confirm the name is valid.
5. Check whether the cell is merged.
   • Dropdown lists may not work properly in merged cells.
   • If merged, go to Home > Merge & Center > Unmerge Cells.
6. Check sheet protection.
   • If the worksheet is protected, unprotect it from Review > Unprotect Sheet and test again.
7. Restart Excel.
   • Close Excel completely and reopen the workbook.
8. If it still fails, repair Office.
   • In Windows, go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps.
   • Find Microsoft 365.
   • Select Modify.
   • Run Quick Repair first.
   • If that does not fix it, run Online Repair.

If Excel is also showing broader errors or behaving abnormally in other files, updating Office from File > Account > Update Options > Update Now can also help.
