Hello Microsoft Learn Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Microsoft Learn profile.
My company account is ******@glovis.eu

My personal email linked to Microsoft Learn is ******@gmail.com

Currently, I cannot see any of the training courses that I completed using my company account. Could you please check whether my learning history is correctly associated with my profile and help reflect the completed courses?

Completed / Attended Courses:

  • AB-730: Transform business workflows with generative AI
  • AB-731: Drive AI transformation in your organization
  • AI-3025: Work Smarter with AI

In addition, I would like to ask about changing the personal email address associated with my company account.

If I change the personal email linked to my company account, will my existing training history, completed courses, certifications, and learning records remain intact, or is there a risk that they could be lost?

I would appreciate your assistance in verifying my account linkage and training history.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
Eun Ji Koh

You can check if both your work and personal email accounts are associated to your Learn profile under settings https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

You can add and remove email accounts to/from your Learn profile, if you remove your personal account and add another nothing will be lost.

    https://learn.microsoft.com/training/support/learn-profile-manage#add-login-accounts-to-your-learn-profile

If you attended an instructor-led course you should have received an achievement code which you should have redeemed. Courses attended will be shown under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/achievements?tab=tab-courses

This is a community forum not support, and no one here can check your profile try https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport
