TEAMS is missing from my outlook

When I am setting up a meeting TEAMS is missing from my account so I cannot add a link to my meetings

May I confirm whether you are trying to create a Teams meeting in Outlook, but you cannot find the "Teams Meeting" button, as shown in the image below?

After turning on this button and click on this event on your calender in Outlook again, you can see the meeting details including meeting link, meeting ID and meeting password as the below image:

If TEAMS is missing when creating a meeting in Outlook, the fix depends on whether Outlook is the new Outlook or classic Outlook.

In new Outlook:

• There is no separate Teams add-in to install.
• The meeting form should show a Teams meeting toggle.
• Requirements:
  1. Be signed in to both Outlook and Teams with the same work or school account.
  2. Use the new Teams client.
• If the toggle is still missing:
  1. Close Outlook.
  2. Right-click the Teams icon and select Quit Teams.
  3. Start Teams and sign in.
  4. Start Outlook.

In classic Outlook desktop:

1. Check whether the add-in is enabled:
   • Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
   • Under Manage, select COM Add-ins and select Go.
   • If Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office appears but is unchecked, check it and select OK.
2. If Outlook disabled it:
   • Go to File > Options > Add-ins.
   • Under Manage, select Disabled items, then Go.
   • If Teams appears, select it and choose Enable.
   • Restart Outlook.
3. Make sure Teams and Outlook are running in the same context:
   • Right-click each shortcut, select Properties > Compatibility.
   • Make sure Run this program as an administrator is unchecked for both apps.
4. Restart both apps in this order:
   • Fully quit Outlook.
   • Fully quit Teams.
   • Start Teams first and sign in.
   • Then start Outlook.
5. If this started after switching to new Teams and the add-in is missing entirely:
   • Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.
   • Find Teams Meeting Add-in and uninstall it.
   • Close Outlook.
   • Quit Teams from the system tray.
   • Restart new Teams. This forces Teams to reinstall the add-in.
   • When Teams Meeting Add-in appears again in installed apps, restart Outlook.

Also verify these requirements for Outlook on Windows:

• Teams desktop client must be installed.
• Outlook 2016 or later is required.
• If Office was installed from the Microsoft Store, the Teams Meeting add-in is not supported. A Click-to-Run Office installation is required.

If the add-in keeps disappearing, Outlook may be disabling it for performance reasons. In that case, use File > Manage COM Add-ins and set the Teams add-in to Do not monitor this add-in for the next 30 days or Always enable this add-in if that option is shown.
