    Hi Kamen,

    Did it not resolve the issue?

    Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.

    Expand Cameras. If the camera is not listed there, check under Imaging devices or Sound, video and game controllers.

    Right-click the camera device and select Uninstall device.

    If available, check Attempt to remove the driver for this device or Delete the driver software for this device, then select Uninstall.

    Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

    Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.
