im not getting my windows update, right now i'm at Qatar is it the reason to not getting windows update?

Your location should not affect your ability to get Windows updates, I need to check your current Windows Build Number and hardware speciications to provide you with a solution.

Click your Start Button, type winver and hit Enter

Please provide a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

Open the Settings App

Go to Windows Updates

Please provide a screenshot of that window

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
