    Hello @Bullock Jennifer

You are trying to turn on the “Allow Actions” option in Outlook on the web so that you can use it to help with your emails.

To make sure I understand your concern correctly, can you confirm whether by “Allow Actions” you mean the quick actions you want to see on your Outlook toolbar (like Archive, Delete, Flag) or the interactive emails that let you take action directly inside the message or other purposes?

If by"Allow Actions" you mean the actions available when reading or managing messages in Outlook on the web (such as Archive, Delete, Move, Flag, or Mark as read), you can customize them from Outlook settings:

    • Select "Settings" in Outlook on the web.
    • Go to "Mail" > "Customize actions".
    • Choose the actions you want to appear in the message toolbar or message list.
    • Select "Save"

If you are referring to a different "Allow Actions" setting, you can send me a screenshot or describe more about this issue so I can understand your needs better for further assistance. (Please kindly remove all personal information)

In Outlook on the web, this is typically controlled from Customize actions.

    1. Select Settings at the top of the page.
    2. Go to Mail > Customize actions.
    3. Choose the actions to show by selecting the check boxes for the ones wanted.
    4. Select Save.

If the goal is to enable actionable email replies for Microsoft Teams missed activity emails across an organization, that setting is enabled by default. It can be turned off or back on at the organization level with Exchange Online PowerShell using Set-OrganizationConfig -SmtpActionableMessagesEnabled.
