problem acessing my email account on my phone

I am having issues accessing my emaill account on my android phone it keeps saying enter crudentials but i cant do this so i can not check my emails ect

Moved to Microsoft Security | Microsoft Identity Manager

Outlook | Outlook for mobile | Outlook for Android | For home

    I’m sorry you’re having trouble accessing your email on your Android phone.

    Please update the Outlook app from the Google Play Store, then remove the email account from Outlook and add it again using your full email address and password. If prompted, complete the verification request through your security code or Microsoft Authenticator.

    If the issue continues, please let us know whether this is a personal Microsoft account or a work/school account, and confirm whether you can sign in through a web browser.
