Polls issues on Teams Channels

Our classes are set up as Class Channels on Teams. We have created polls within the live classes. Some students can see the polls, others are unable to. Some can access the chat box, others not. Can you advise what we are doing wrong?

    Click on "..." next to that team, and select Manage Team. Click on "Members" on the top. Expand Members and Guests. Check Team role for members of the team. Are they all Members or some of them are Guests?
