Hi,

I was trying the free trial and forgot to cancel it due to being sick. I was charged on July, 2026, and humbly request a refund of the $99 subscription fee now that I have canceled, and don't anticipate using the services for the rest of the subscription period till July 2027.

Thanks,

If you have now cancelled that subscription using the steps on this link, while managing the subscription also ensure you have disabled recurring billing on the subscription to ensure no further payments are deducted from your account.

You should then be entitled to a pro-rata refund, you can check your eligibility to a refund using the steps provided on this link.
