Hi, can anyone help me please? I have a other Microsoft & Minecraft account that is hacked. When i tried to login on the minecraft launcher there was someone else email and asking me to verify which i cant because that's not my email. And also i went to this link: https://account.live.com/acsr to recover my account when i enter the email i got hacked it said this account i entered does not exist. When i tried to sign in a new account with the same email it said already exist. When i login it said does not exist. So when i go to the link do i need to enter the hacker's email to recover my account or my old email that got hacked actually? "it said this account i entered does not exist" - the hacker changed the alias that was linked to your account, you must find out your current alias first, for this you must check every Microsoft app you remember you signed into and Windows settings.
