    Hi!

    Is your daughter's laptop stuck on the Windows lock screen (the initial screen asking for a password), or is she blocked at a different stage?

    How do you know that Screen Time is what caused the block? Did a warning message appear?

    Had you set up Screen Time previously, or were you unaware that it was configured?

    It is important for me to understand the problem so I can try to help.

    Regarding Screen Time:

    You need to access https://account.microsoft.com/family using an organizer account > Under "Family," select the member (your daughter) > Under "Screen time," click "Turn off limit" or "Remove" > Save the changes > Restart her laptop and check.
