I bought Minecoins but didn't get them

I bought Minecoins this morning on my iPad with the Apple Account. Apparently I wasn't logged in, but it allowed me to purchase them. When I tried to log in it said my account was locked. I went to outlook and unlocked the account. I signed in. My Minecoins are not there. I don't know who the Minecoins went to, but Apple took my money. I would like my Minecoins. Thank you.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and I understand that you purchased Minecoins but it did not arrived to your account.

If you are not logged in during the process of your purchase then this should have not gone through and in this case, you can check with Apple with regards to your purchase and an option is to request for a refund and do the purchase again by ensuring that you are logged in to ensure that this will reflect on your account.

Each store that sells Minecraft has its own return policy. Please visit the store where you purchased your Minecraft game for return and refund information.
