SOMEONE STOLEN MY ID AND CHANGE IT TO BIBIMAIL HELP!!!

I received an email stating that the security information had been removed; this is the account linked to my microsoft account and xbox I couldn't log i and they had changed the email address and everything HELP

I am sorry, but you may have lost the account.

The methods to try and recover a hacked account are covered in this article. But these steps are pretty much useless if the hackers have completely reset all of your Security settings.

Microsoft Account Security is an automated process. Microsoft Support Agents can not unlock an account, reset your password, or change any Security Settings no matter what documentation you can present.
