Please provide instructions to install the software on a second device (Android)

When you said Android device, specifically what is it?

if it’s a phone or tablet, if the screen is less than 11 inches you can install it for free from google play.

if the screen is bigger than that you need a subscription. You can still install from google play but you need to sign in with an account that has a subscription like personal or family.

if it’s a Chromebook it’s not supported. You can only use the web version via www.office.com.

To install Microsoft 365 on a second Android device:

1. On the Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
2. Search for Microsoft 365 Copilot and install it. This app combines Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in one app.
3. Open the app and sign in with the same Microsoft account that has the Microsoft 365 subscription.

If preferred, the apps can also be installed individually instead of using the combined app.

For business accounts using Outlook email on Android:

1. Install Microsoft Outlook from the Play Store.
2. Open Outlook and select Get Started.
3. Add the Microsoft 365 email account and select Continue.
4. Sign in with organization credentials.
5. If prompted, install Intune Company Portal from the Play Store.
6. Reopen Outlook and set the required PIN.

For Microsoft 365 Family or Personal use on Android tablets, signing in with the subscription account is what enables access to Word and Excel.
