i need help signing in my outlook account

My personal email got signed out because of microsoft can not verify me is an owner of account, i'm using my school email account, my personal email is ******@outlook.com. I have made multiple requests to recover account but i only got back an email saying they have determined that the information i provided was not sufficient for them to validate my account ownership and they have taken the additional step of blocking my account until they can verify me as the account owner. I put the right name when i created this account, i never changed my password so i put the exact password, i put all the emails i have sent email to (i only reply to email as this is my account for influencing), but i still can not get my account back, this is also my work email too, i did everything i could but i can't recover it and i don’t know why, please help me recover my email
