Anthropic Claude quota remains at zero after Microsoft Foundry quota requests

FitCommit uses Microsoft Foundry for a live iOS fitness app. In East US 2, every Claude quota we asked for still shows zero. We cannot deploy any of the models.

On August 5, we requested 40K TPM for each option below.

Anthropic-hosted Global Standard. We asked for Fable 5, Sonnet 5, Opus 5, Opus 4.8, Opus 4.7, Opus 4.6, and Opus 4.5.

Azure-hosted Global Standard. We asked for Sonnet 5, Opus 5, and Opus 4.8.

Azure-hosted US Data Zone Standard. We asked for Sonnet 5, Opus 5, and Opus 4.8.

The forms were accepted. We have not run paid tests yet. We first need quota so we can deploy the models.

Can a Microsoft Foundry engineer confirm if we must take another step to get the first quota grant? I can share the subscription and resource details with Microsoft in private.

    Hello @David Cyrus ,

Thank you for your patience while navigating this process.

Requests related to Anthropic model's quota in AI Foundry follow a gated review process and updates or prioritization are managed exclusively through the Azure Support and capacity review teams.

At this point, there are no additional actions that can be taken outside of Support to influence the outcome or timeline of the request. Continued engagement with the Azure Support team remains the appropriate and supported path for visibility or further follow‑up.

    Thank you
