Bought Bus acct. Now I can't log in my personal account

Question

I I have had a personal Microsoft 365 acct for years. It is paid thorough December 2026.

I recently purchased a Microsoft Business Account and now I can't log in my personal Microsoft account.

Personal account email: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@icloud.com

Business : [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@yana-family.org.

I don't see personal account on my desk top and I can't remove it on my phone. Outlook.

Is the balance of personal account applied to new business account. Otherwise please tell me how to access my personal account.

Personal accounts are kept separate from business ones. Your personal account can be accessed via https://account.microsoft.com/services .

Phone support is very limited for individual accounts; that is correct. There is chat support via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus .

You manage your business account via https://admin.microsoft.com . That is where you manage payments, assign licenses to user accounts (e-mails), etc. See also https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/?view=o365-worldwide . (Maybe the primary issue here isn't with your business subscription.)
