Classsic outlook does not recognize product key of MS Office 2024.

Recently downloaded MS Office 2024 and sucessfuly instaled. However I prefer to use classic outlook which I toggled from Outlook 2024 and downloaded the officeserup. Upon installation of classic outlook, it was identied as Outlook 2016 and did not recognice the product key of Office 2024. How to fix so that classic outlook will recognize the Office 2024 key.

    it depends on which edition of Office 2024 you buy.

    Office Home 2024: No. It includes the classic desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, but does not include Classic Outlook. You can still use the free new Outlook for Windows separately, but that's a different application.

    Office Home & Business 2024: Yes. It includes Classic Outlook along with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote as a one-time purchase.
