Hey there. Nice to meet you.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this.

The only way to recover a hacked Microsoft account is through the official Microsoft troubleshooter guide:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-recover-a-hacked-or-compromised-microsoft-account-24ca907d-bcdf-a44b-4656-47f0cd89c245

If the account recovery web form doesn't work, and if the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

However, I would recommend reaching out to Minecraft Support regarding your Minecraft account if they can provide an alternative option:

    https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new?ticket_form_id=360001225811

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Use the official Microsoft account recovery flow immediately:

    1. First, scan the PC for malware before changing anything.
      • On Windows 10/11, open Start, search for Windows Defender, and run a full scan.
      • This matters because changing the password on an infected device can expose the new password again.
    2. Try the Microsoft Sign-in Helper to recover or unblock the account.
      • If the account is temporarily blocked because of unusual sign-in activity, use Sign-in Helper.
      • If the password no longer works, use Recover your account and enter the Microsoft account email, phone number, or Skype name, then complete the security code steps and set a new password.
    3. If Microsoft alerts showed unusual sign-in activity, go to Security basics and review recent activity.
      • Select Review activity.
      • If an entry is not recognized, select This wasn't me or Secure your account.
      • Then select Change password and create a strong password.
    4. If normal reset does not work, use the Microsoft account recovery form.
      • Use a working email address that can receive Microsoft’s response.
      • Fill in as much account history as possible.
      • Microsoft reviews the answers and responds within 24 hours.
      • If the recovery request is denied, it can be retried up to two times per day.
    5. After access is restored, check account settings that attackers often change:
      • connected accounts
      • forwarding
      • automatic replies

    Important limits from Microsoft support:

    • Support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or change account details.
    • If two-step verification was turned on and none of the alternate verification methods are accessible, Microsoft states they cannot help recover the account through support.
    • If the attacker changed the security information and recovery methods, recovery may fail if the official recovery process cannot verify ownership.

For the Minecraft profile impact, the Microsoft account must be recovered first. If the Microsoft account recovery process is unsuccessful, the account may not be recoverable through support.
