Hola. I have a very strange problem with ToDo. For a while now the icon in the taskbar will not show how many items I have in my Today list. It will show how many there are when I start the day. But it will stay at that number until I finish the day and there are no more items in the Today list. Then it clears. I have reinstalled ToDo twice now. I have three laptops all running Windows 11. Two Acers and a Lenovo. And they all do the same thing. The Lenovo is my main laptop and now ToDo is very slow sometimes. Usually first thing in the morning. Anyone have any ideas what is wrong here?

Based on your description, it appears that Microsoft To Do may not be refreshing the task count on the taskbar in real time, even though the app itself continues to function. Since the same behavior occurs on three different Windows 11 laptops, it is unlikely to be caused by a device-specific issue and may instead be related to the application or a recent update. First, make sure both Microsoft To Do and Windows 11 are fully up to date. You can also try signing out of your Microsoft account in To Do and signing back in to refresh the sync. If the app is slow, especially in the morning, it could be due to background synchronization when the app first starts. If the issue persists after reinstalling and updating, it is likely a bug within Microsoft To Do. I recommend reporting the issue through the Feedback Hub or Microsoft Support so it can be investigated further.

I hope these steps help improve the app's performance and resolve the task count issue.
