Upgraded from Microsoft 365 Personal to Microsoft 365 Premium and can no longer access my workspaces and workflows in Frontier Office Agent

I was using Microsoft 365 Personal with Frontier Office Agent, where I created workspaces and workflows. I upgraded to Microsoft 365 Premium and have the icon for Frontier Office Agent but receive a message: "Your application is being reviewed

    Hi Xavier-D

I am signing in with the same personal Microsoft account used before the upgrade.

The account region is set to the United States, and the display language is set to English (United States).

No, T workspaces do not appear when you sign in through https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ using that account.

I can see the Frontier Office Agent icon, but it does not let me sign in. My data is critical as it's a project I'm training next week for a large group of people. How do I contact the department reviewing the application and regain provision, since I had it before?

    Your response is appreciated.

    Hello Becky H

I’m sorry you lost access to the workspaces and workflows you previously created.

Microsoft 365 Premium is eligible for available Frontier features, but Office Agent and Workflows are still preview features with limited regional and language availability. Could you confirm:

    • Are you signing in with the exact same personal Microsoft account used before the upgrade?
    • Is the account region set to the United States and the display language to English (United States)?
    • Do the workspaces appear when you sign in through https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ using that account?

The “application is being reviewed” message suggests that access may not currently be provisioned for the account.

I look forward to your update on this issue.
