Organization (Public) identity validation for Artifact Signing is stuck in

Action Required.

Identity Validation ID: e008df36-3067-4b9f-97e5-790ceb759c1f

Region: United States

An earlier request was deleted and replaced by the one above. On this request

the Verified ID step completed successfully, so this is a document vetting

question rather than an AU10TIX issue.

On 5 Aug 2026 Vetting Operations Support asked for a paid domain registration

receipt from the registrar showing the domain, owner, registration date,

duration and registrar name. I uploaded a single PDF containing the registrar

receipt plus an assignment letter signed by our CEO. This was the first of

three upload attempts.

The receipt is billed to an authorised employee at our registered business

address rather than to the company name directly, which is why the letter was

included. If that is not acceptable, could someone confirm what registrar

documentation would be, so I don't spend the remaining attempts on the wrong

document type?

Happy to share account details privately.
