I purchased Office 2024 at Best Buy and received a card with product key on the receipt. I gave Best Buy my Hotmail email address that I have used for over 25 years. Apparently, I set up a Microsoft account years ago but have long since forgotten that it existed and do not know the password. The recovery email was my daughter's, but it is defunct. I tried every way to recover or change the password but can't get though the security process. I opened up a new account but there is no option to install my new software, probably because it is associated with the old account. How do I install my new Office 2024?
