Mac running sequoia - office 2019 lifetime stopped working AGAIN.

I had this happen a year or so ago. The Office apps were read only and said to subscribe to 365. I paid for a lifetime license...

I had to delete microsoft off the mac, go to my account, subscriptions (which shows the 2019 Office for Mac and license key), download it, and that worked fine.

Now it says "no subscription found" WTF

If you have Office 2019 for Mac

Office 2019 for Mac reached end of support on October 10, 2023, and no longer receives updates. Because Office 2019 cannot be updated to the required version, this issue cannot be resolved by updating or reinstalling Office 2019 for Mac.

Well I purchased it in 2024, and it has worked flawlessly except for the first time it lost its mind. Then I re downloaded it and it worked fine. I haven't upgraded my OS, and I don't need Office to upgrade as the 2019 worked perfectly fine. Why call it a lifetime license if it is up to their whim when to make it fail?
