    Hi, @Chester coach

A blank sharing page is often caused by a browser or sign-in session problem.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Open a private or incognito window.
    2. Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    3. Select "Manage" beside Microsoft 365 Family, then try "Share subscription" again.
    4. If the page is still blank, try another browser or device.
    5. Temporarily disable any ad blocker or browser extension.

Does Microsoft 365 Family show as "Active" on the Services & subscriptions page, and does the blank page also appear in another browser?

    Thanks!

    Try these checks in order:

    1. Confirm the correct account is being used. Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services with the same Microsoft account that was used to purchase the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
    2. Open the page in an InPrivate/private browser window or a different browser. If the sharing or subscriptions page opens there, the blank page is likely related to the current browser session.
    3. Verify that the subscription is eligible for sharing. Sharing is available only for the active subscription holder of Microsoft 365 Family or Microsoft 365 Premium. If Share or Start sharing does not appear, the account may not be the subscription owner, or the subscription may be a different plan.
    4. Go directly to the sharing page. Use the Microsoft 365 Subscriptions sharing page at https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing, then select Share or Start sharing.
    5. Send the invitation by email or link.
      • Email invite: enter the family member’s email and select Invite.
      • Create link: select Copy link and send it by message.
    6. Make sure the family member can join the family group. For Microsoft 365 Family, sharing works only if the invitee joins the subscription owner’s family group. If that person is already in another family group, they must leave it first.
    7. Check the invitation status. After sending the invite, the family member must accept it within 48 hours. Until then, the dashboard shows Pending invite.
    8. If the invite was not received, verify the address and junk mail. Check that the preferred email address was used and ask the recipient to check Junk Mail for a message with “Microsoft 365” in the subject.

If the page still stays blank, the most relevant next step is to retry from another browser or InPrivate window while signed in with the purchase account, then open https://account.microsoft.com/services first and from there go to sharing.
