Can not access microsoft 365

Question

I have an account for microsoft under an old email address that i cannot access anymore and have paid for a microsoft 365 subscription that i can not access

My new email for the last 2 years has been ******@gmail.com and the subscription has been paid to apple on this account.

Please be advised that unless the account owner is able to access the account, subscription cancellation is not possible, and Microsoft personnel cannot retrieve this information.

If you are no longer able to recover your account, you will need to reach out directly to your bank and request to freeze all charges from Microsoft, cancelling the recurring subscription on its renewal date in the process.

You may also need to request a new payment method.

Lastly, in case the active subscription under your old account came from a third-party retailer such as Apple (App Store), Amazon, or Google Play, you will need to contact their Support to cancel the subscription and review their refund policies, as stated in this article: https://support.microsoft.com/accounts-billing/subscriptions/manage-your-microsoft-365-subscription-purchased-through-a-third-party

Microsoft Support will not be able to manage the subscriptions that were purchased from 3rd party retailers.
