BILLING ERROR on your end

I have a bank draft proving that I changed the card used for paying my annual subscription (the old one was expired) and Microsoft pulled the funds on August 1, 2026 from my account. Yet my dashboard does not reflect this payment AND each time I open my Excel it says "DONT LOSE YOUR BENEFITS - Update Your Billing".

I need to get a hold of a human to correct this and and update my dashboard to reflect this.

    Hi,

Can you check if the subscription is active on your Microsoft Account?

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

If your subscription is already active, please try logging out of your account on your MS 365 apps and restarting your device. Log back in again. This is to refresh your account in your Microsoft 365 apps.

Please let me know how it goes or if you need additional assistance. I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!
