bitlocker after bios failed flash lost expensive data

Question

my personal designs, important documents, etc are all on this NVME

Really crying at the moment because I have done PC since 386SX

I flashed this difficult Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme x570 and now I'm panicking because I thought I would make a different accounts and do everything to protonmail.

with the whole Proton VPN environment etc instead of my regular Gmail did I have been using for a Long Time and May be thought about extra security to replaced

I tried to login with my Gmail account and go to recovery Keys but they Don't work because there for previous sessions

I tried logging in with a proton mail but Microsoft website wouldn't allow it.

another problem is that I'm partially logged in but I don't have to security sentences and keys that are on my PC but that is something kind of extra for now.

is there Anyway I can work with Microsoft together login into my current PC install?
